To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Following condition also apply:
1. We will have the product picked up and replaced if it has been damaged in the shipment. Kindly send us the image of the broken or damaged product immediately after you open the package. You can email it to us on email@example.com or send a whatsapp on +91 9923110088. Please note to be able to process a replacement of the product we need the image within 24 hours of the delivery.
2. If for any other reason you wish to return the product you will have to send it to us at your own cost. The product needs to be packed appropriately so that it is not damaged in shipment. The responsibility of it reaching us undamaged is with you, so we suggest you use a reliable courier with tracking facility and have it insured.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For Orders outside India
All sales outside India are final and no refund or exchange are applicable. We also don not have Cash on Delivery option for sales outside India. Any import duty or taxes applicable to have the product delivered to your country will be borne by the customer. We will be dispatching the product via a reliable and track-able courier services like DHL, FEDEX, BLUEDART.
