www.barishonline.myshopify.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. This is not applicable to our International buyers.
How do I cancel an order on www.barishonline.com?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you are registered with us, you can log in and visit your order page and cancel the order. Or you can also call us at 9923110088 and cancel the order over the phone or send us a message or a what's app.
Refunds will be credited via same mode received. In case of C.O.D we will transfer to your bank account (details of which we would require from you) within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
On Receipt before accepting from the courier person:
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person by not accepting the parcel. Also, please call our customer care at 9923110088 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will send you a replacement.
In case after receiving the product you are unhappy for any reason, we will refund you the entire cost (Excluding the return courier cost which will be borne by you). For which you will have to inform us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt). Further you will have to pack the product safely and send it to us via courier at the following address: A3/202 BRAMHA SUNCITY WADGOAN SHERI, PUNE 411014. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
If for any reason you want to return the item to us, we strongly suggest you to re-pack the item with extra packaging. Re-packing it in the original packaging may not be sufficient. As in transit the packaging losses its intrinsic strength. We will be refunding the entire amount only if the product reaches to us in the same condition it was sent to you. The entire responsibility will be with the customer till it reaches us safely. In the event of being damaged we will not be able to provide any refund. So please pack it safely and choose a reliable courier service.
Any Return should be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
All orders which are dispatched out side India are considered to be International Orders.
Specific to International orders:
1.Any import duty, in form of clearing or any taxes will be borne by the customers.
2. All orders need to be prepaid.
3. All orders are full and final no returns or exchange is applicable.
Kindly note you are ordering a hand crafted product. These are not machine made items.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same (This is for the products which are not made by us)
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, non tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
