Returns & Replacement
For India
If you have any issue with the product you have  received, please communicate it to us within 24 Hours via Whats App. SMS, or Voice Call on +91 9923110088 or Email us at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Following condition also apply:

We will have the product picked up and replaced if it has been damaged in the shipment. Kindly send us the image of the broken or damaged product immediately after you open the package. You can email it to us on or send a whatsapp on +91 9923110088. Please note to be able to process a replacement of the product we need the image within 24 hours of the delivery. Please note the product will be picked up first and the replacement will be sent later.



If for any other reason you wish to return the product :

We can have it picked up from your place. For which we will send you a shipping label which you have to put on the box. A representative from courier company will have it picked up. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. This option is at our discretion, there could be some pincodes where we cannot arrange a return pick up. At times some courier vendor take time to pick up. We can try to have it arranged but cannot guarantee a return pick up service. The indicative cost of courier is between 15% to 18% of the product cost. Also note the refund will be issued once we receive the product back. If we cannot have it picked up you will have to send it yourself. Please read 'Sending it Yourself" below.


Sending it Yourself.

You can send it back to us yourself and claim full refund. Please ask for the address it needs to be sent to. While sending it yourself please note:

The product needs to be packed appropriately so that it is not damaged in shipment. The responsibility of it reaching us undamaged is with you, so we suggest you use a reliable courier with tracking facility and have it insured. Make sure the courier company you use  can get a P.O.D (Proof of Delivery) with our companies rubber stamp and signature. We may need this in case a dispute arises where you have sent it and we have not received it. The refund will be issued once the product is back and checked at our end.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the account details received from you.

For Orders outside India
All sales outside India are final and no refund or exchange are applicable. We also don not have Cash on Delivery option for sales outside India. Any import duty or taxes applicable to have the product delivered to your country will be borne by the customer. We will be dispatching the product via a reliable and track-able courier services like DHL, FEDEX, BLUEDART.
