We take complete responsibility of the product to reach to you safely. However delay may occur dur to factors not in our control. The orders are shipped via third party and sometimes they get delayed, misrouted or damaged. In case of damage we will send you a replacement, but if you see the box tampered with please do not accept the courier. If possible take a photo or video of the same. If the order is delayed we will do the necessary follow up with the courier company and would appreciate your patience while we can have it delivered. 

 

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

All our products (above cart value Rs 999.99)  are inclusive of delivery charges and GST within INDIA. For all international shipment the shipping cost is based on volumetric weight of the product, the same will be mentioned at the time of check out. Any import duty or entry tax over the product cost and shipping cost  will be borne by customer.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. The courier time after that depends on your location and availability of swift courier service. Most orders are delivered within 12 to 15 working days (Within India). Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

However some of the products which are customized and are of 'against order' need more time. The time for such product is mentioned in the description of those items or during our interaction while placing the order. 

All international orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Most of them will be delivered within 15 to 20 days depending on the country they are destined for.
